I'm creating a book using bookfold page layout and have my pages set up with headers/footers. When doing print preview, all pages are showing up perfectly. When I try to print, the headers/footers will not print. I have multiple sections including different headers for odd and even pages in one section. All pages previous to this section do not have headers/footers included. Page numbering is perfect, too. Everything is perfect in print preview except they will not print. I'm using Word 2016. When printing, all pages are printing exactly as they should in proper order but without headers/footers. I've tried resetting margins and footer margins to as high as 2" top/bottom with 1" for headers/footers. Still they don't print so I'm sure it's not in the layout settings. Help please! I've test printed so many times and the ink is getting ridiculous.
