Your initial post implied a merge to email was being done. If that's not the case, and you're sending letters, you can use an IF field to test the Sender's addresses and vary the content in the letter accordingly. See, for example, Mailmerge String Testing in the Mailmerge Tips and Tricks thread at the top of this forum:
