Sorry that was from memory. It may have stopped working in 2010. It does not appear that you have the latest cumulative update installed. BUT, it is not fixed by any of the CUs for Project 2010. To see the latest Cumulative or public updates see:

From what I understand, it may be fixed in an update for Project 2016, but I don't believe it will be released for previous releases. You may find the following exchange helpful.
