Unhappy Not all emails going to outlook

Hi there.

please can anyone help. recently on my computer, when i try to mail merge a word document to email, when the document shows goes through all of the pages, but when change to outlook, it only shows some of the emails.
for example - I have an excel document with 15 email addresses, but when i try to mail merge, only 4 of emails will show in my outbox (they are not in the drafts or sent box)
i have installed office 2016 - and it happens the same.
