Updating actual work and work on resource spread sheet
Hi,
I need to calculate the allocation of my employees within the near future, for this I update weekly the actual work for their activities. I would like project to divide the remaining work evenly in the weeks left.. but project insists in crazy divisions that I donīt understand.
Example: Pedro has a project of 100 hours, and has worked 10 hours this week (90 hours remaining now). If the project is to be delivered within 3 weeks I would like project to assign automatically 30 hours for week (30x3=90).
