Default Transform pivot table

Hi guys!

I'm having a little problem I have to solve and I tried looking for a solution, but since I'm not really sure what to call it I couldn't find anything that would help me. So here it is:

I'm trying to do data analysis for my psychology dissertation and have a data sheet that needs to be re-sorted for use in SPSS.
My data sheet looks something like Attachment 1 (Rows I-K) with each Condition occupying its own row. However, I would like it to be split into three columns called "Subject", "Condition" and "Value" (see attachment 2, rows M-O).

So far I have simply copied and transposed each row/column, but as my data sheets are getting bigger, this is not a good option to do efficiently and mistake-free.
I have tried to meddle around with pivot tables, but these never really got the results I wanted (maybe I'm just using them wrong?)

I hope some Excel pro is able to help me.

Best
