I will try to simplify the problem. So, let me say I have a drop-down menu, and an empty table with two cells. When I choose A from the menu, the cells will be filled up with two A values. When I however choose B from the drop-down menu, the cells will take B values. So, the tables will change according to the selection from the drop-down menu.

Similar to this, if I have drop-down menu with two options: wood and steel, the table will be filled up according to the selection and show the requirements (load, fire safety details etc.) for each of the material.
