Default Multiple drop caps

Hi guys,

For a presentation, I'm making up a poster in Publisher. Just kind of guessing my way through Drop Caps, I managed to get the words "Autumn Art Show", with the first letter of each word a drop cap in a text box.

Now, after editing the poster a little, I found a much more suiting font. I tried to change the drop caps font, but editing them immediately caused difficulties. I changed the font, which made the drop cap about 5 lines high (as opposed to 2, which it's set at) with no way to reduce the font size, at least that I can see. It also wouldn't let me change the font of the other two drop caps on the line.

So, what I did was start entirely anew; the problem is, I can't for the life of me figure out how I managed to get three drop caps in one line. Can anyone please explain to me how to fit multiple drop caps on a single line?

Cheers in advance.
