This has been a problem for me for some time, but now there is a twist. I just purchased a Lenovo Ideapad Flex 4-1580, and when setting up, I guess Windows 10 (Microsoft) gave my User Profile folder a name. Usually, with previous devices, Microsoft assigns my full name to my User Profile folder, but this time it assigned just the first 5 letters of my Microsoft email address. I do not want either of these names for my User Profile folder, but it seems I have no say in the matter.

I know there are two types of accounts for signing in, my Local account and my Microsoft account, but I really need to use my Microsoft account so I can access and use OneDrive online storage and sync feature.

Is there any way to give my User Profile folder a name that I would like for the Microsoft sign-in account?
