Dear Friend,
1- the pst file was created in the default route of windows automatically: c:\users\ ... \appdata\ ... \outlook. Now I use that file for email recovering.
2- Yes, I opened outlook data file but there is no change in my inbox and sent items. in this case emails aren't recovered too.
3- I didn't see any error. when I open the pst file, many emails that I received and sent in a period of 6 months, can't be recovered.
