I have just had to completely reinstall everything including Windows 7 and Office 2007 and so far I have been quite successful.

I do however have a problem with opening links in emails in Outlook 2007. I am told that I do not have permission and I must contact the system administrator.

What must iIdo to resolve this problem that Idid not have before the system crashed?
