Word's bibliography tools don't provide that kind of functionality. A workaround would be to create a separate set of documents - one each for the Books, Articles, & Technical norms - containing just the bibliography references pertinent to those topics and a bibliography field, then link to those documents from the main document via INCLUDETEXT fields.
