I can no longer receive emails in my rogers.com account, although I can send. When trying to receive, I can't connect to the server and receive the message "Internal server error #OFC013". I have done a repair on the pst file, I have done a repair on Office 2010, I have started a new account, same name, with a new pst file and still the same response. Any suggestions for dealing with this problem would be much appreciated.
