The only radio buttons that can be added to the body of a document are ActiveX controls, but ActiveX controls have never been supported on Macs. Userforms also have radio button controls. Other than that, you can use formfield checkboxes and/or dropdowns. Formfield dropdowns are generally easier to implement as they only allow one option to be selected and don't require any of the macro code that would be required to achieve mutually-exclusive checkboxes.
