Historical Mark on Powerpoint Chart

Hi all,

I am creating a powerpoint chart that shows a stacked bar graph for my sales team showing their sales by month. I want to add a "goal" or tick for each user on there last year YTD sales so they can visually see how they are trending. Is there a way to do that?
