Hello, I've works with excel for a lot of things and this is just a side project for me. I'm having trouble getting it to work and I would like to ask you guys to help me if you guys have time to spare. Since I don't know how to do Macro or VBA, I'm looking for just a functions-only solution to this. I've included the problem in the excel file.
