Lest me say it another way: In most referencing schemes, the title will only appear when more than one publication from the same author in the same year appears. It will also happen if two references from authors with the same surname are referenced. Accordingly, you would not expect to see it for a single reference to an author.

Citations are edited by clicking on the citation's building block dropdown in the document body and choosing 'Edit Citation'.
