Imported my 7 Christmas names and addresses from word into mail merge using the template Avery 8161. Each page is 20 labels. It creates 7 pages. The first with all 7 listings, the second with 6, the third with 5, and the last or 7th page with 1.
How do I import so all names and addresses are listed for printing just once?
