You can position your logo wherever you want it. Do be aware, though, that positioning it 'precisely at the right border' is liable to result in it being cut off by most printers.

The text can be made to all fit on one line by scaling the font. With your sample, arbitrarily scaling it to 49% will get it to all fit on one line. A more flexible approach would be to insert a single-cell table for that text and use the table's 'fit text' option for the cell.
