I have created a number of email templates in Outlook 2010 but am quite dismayed at the number of clicks and a drop-down menu that I have to navigate to actually reach them.

Is there an easy way that I can access these from the ribbon or quick access toolbar? I have spent a hour or so trying to do just that via the customize ribbon menu this afternoon with no joy...
