Default Interactive Dashboard using power pivot

Hi Guys
I have an complex template where I use for reporting and I want to simplify into one page reporting using slicers and filters through power pivot. Can anyone help me with this:

And also I have small query how to create a excel chart based on negative value(in thousands) and positive values(in millions) .When I create the chart, the negative cannot be seen at all.Is there any way i can change values on negative x-axis to view them properly and at same time I want my positive axis to be in millions?

For example:

the values are A: -265,300 b: -130,000 c: -110,000 d: -8,000

Positive values are: 45,78,653.

Can someone help with me in creating a chart so that I can try to create interactive excel dashboard using power pivot.
