AFAIK, Android versions of Excel lack the APIs necessary to run VBA. Doing so would be a major undertaking and is not something Microsoft would be likely to provide for a free product. In the desktop environment, VBA code written for Windows PCs often requires some re-writing to run on Macs - and even then Mac VBA lacks some of the Windows VBA functionality. So, even if MS was to add VBA functionality to Excel for Android, users would probably have to do some recoding (perhaps even a major recoding) for that platform.
