Smile Document that inserts certain info

Hi there.

I have a document of about 20 pages. We have 40 properties that we manage and want to pull certain info into various pages in the document. Each text line will be different for each property.

This saves having to create 40 documents.


Does anyone know the best way to select which property we want and them the fields are populates? I have considered a mail merge and just create my own fields.
