Resource allocation for teams
I have just started using Project 2016 so please bear with me because I have only a basic knowledge.
I have four people. They work together in teams of two to complete certain tasks and teams of four for other tasks. If one member of either team is unavailable they cannot start / complete the task. How do I allocate resource time for task 1 and task 2 to allow for non-working time (holidays, training etc). The two teams work separately and only come together to complete the second task after they have completed task 1.
