Embed an active X scroll bar into/onto a graph

Is it possible to embed a scroll bar (active X) onto an excel chart (that is on its own sheet)? If it possible to attached a Form scroll bar, but this is not sufficient at a Form scroll bar can only access 30,000 data points - I am looking to uowards of several 100,000 thousand points. Thanks Peter
