When you reinstall Windows & Office, all of the fonts that come with them get installed too. Printers sometimes come with additional installable fonts. The only fonts that you therefore wouldn't have are any that you installed separately, or were embedded in the files concerned. Neither Windows nor any of its applications can tell you anything about that. The only way to find out which fonts you might have used that aren't installed is to open and examine every file that this situation might apply to.
