For some reason my Outlook 2013 stopped downloading emails from Hotmail for no apparent reason. I removed the account and re-added it and now it works but I keep getting a popup asking for my password. It does not make any difference as I can x out of it and still get the mail. I have tried answering the popup with my password but it keeps popping up even if I ask it to remember the password until I cancel it.

How do I get rid of this popup?
