I 'm afraid to report that everything is fine .. It took me ten minutes of sleuthing to figure out the problem ....

It appears the document had colored type and the typed in answers were in black ..

First I highlighted and copied all the text to another blank word .doc ..

same issue only the color lines printed ..

then I copied only the black text and pasted to a 'text' document .. page printed out blank .. !! at first glance I figured the text on both docs were highly encrypted.. Then I decided to look at my HP printer said It had 30 % black ink and 85% color .. plus the low level inklite was not on ..
Then I cleaned the heads same issue then I aligned and cleaned heads same issue

Then i pulled the HP61 black cartridge and installed new pone out of package ..

Voila !! it works .. so bottom line turns out the black was not printing only the color and wouldn't you know it the word doc was colored questions black typed answers .

Sheesh ... My wife says I should have joined in the FBI ..

sorry to post that question .. but it is just one example of what can go wrong witll go wrong .. Murphy's Law and all that !
