Default Consolidation of multiple sheets in Pivot

Hi,

I have 4 people reporting to me sending production report of their teams every week... If I want to use consolidation option in pivot it consolidates as per the first column... However, i may want to do an analysis of employee wise for each team, team wise, quarter, avg production etc... Im using only Excell 2003...

What are my options if consolidation of multiple sheets is not my best choice...
