Thanks for the fix, you saved me a lot of headaches with Option 2, worked like a dream. I was able to select a unused TOC 1,2 & 3, modify it to existing doc paragraph settings then add it to the Quick gallery in 2 3 easy steps. Everything stayed as is and the other documents using the same template as well.
