Hi guys, newbie to the forums.

Office 2007
Windows 7 64-bit

I am trying to submit a resume to a recruiting agency through their website.
It asks me to upload my resume which I have in both .doc and .docx file types.

every time i browse to the file, then hit the submit button, I get a MS Office/Word error as follows

"There is a problem saving the file.

Usually this is because the disk or floppy disk is too small for the file or is full, RAM memory is low, or there is a permission problem with the drive the file is being saved to......"

It happens with both file types.

This has happened to me on 2 different sites. The file size is within the correct limits mentioned by the website, I also tried turning off my Antivirus etc to see if that was causing the issue...but it still occurred...

any thoughts???
