Problem with sending mail via Outlook 2010
Greetings all,
I just came back from a business trip and when I fired up my PC, I discovered that my Outlook 2010 would no longer send out e-mails. The error message is stating that the server was rejecting my login details. Ok, so I called Verizon and they have checked everything on their end and they claim that all is ok. While, I am not totally convinced that is the case, they they then recommended that I call Microsoft. I kind of laughed at the guy and thanked him for not being very helpful. In any case, I thought I would try this forum to see if there just might be something going on with Outlook that might be causing this. I am able to get access to my e-mail using Verizon's web based interface so I know my login credentials are good.
If anyone has any ideas, I am all ears as I am at wits ends right now.
