I cannot open Outlook 2013 after I deleted SKYPE. I reinstalled SKYPE and I still cannot open it. I get the error message: “Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened.”

It takes two months for MS to remove SKYPE from your computer. They made it very difficult if not possible for a user to remove SKYPE without their help. If you try to remove SKYPE as I did you cripple MS Outlook 2013.

I upgraded to the latest Windows 10 update which changed some of the features and wiped out my previous recovery files so I cannot do a system recovery. I also uninstalled Office 2013 Pro and reinstalled it without success.
I also used an old version of Lotus Organizer as a backup PIM. That also stopped working after I attempted unsuccessfully to uninstall SKYPE. Does anyone know how to restored Outlook 2013. The other Office programs work.
