A web search for:
"Windows 8" "telemetry update"
should turn up a list you can work with. Do be careful, though, as some of the lists I've seen - including some in code that is supposed to delete telemetry updates - include updates that have nothing to do with telemetry, including updates to Windows Update itself. Check each listed update against the full description MS gives of it on the Windows Update site before trying to uninstall it. AFAIK, all unwanted telemetry updates can be uninstalled via 'Installed Updates' in the Control Panel.
