That said, I have no idea what you mean re 'footnotes'. Nothing in your post indicates whether these landscape pages have them; if they do, the footnotes will naturally orient to the landscape format. If that's not what you want, see especially 'Using a table with Text Wrapping' in the above link and rotate the text within the table.
