the fact that you haven't got any answers at excelguru.ca indicates that what you want is insufficient or unclear.
There is no explanation whatsoever.
Your use of merged cells will also cause problems.
Try to explain better what you want to achieve and if those cells are involved in the solution, get rid of the merged cells first.
