Default Infopath PDF attached to Form not showing in Email Submit

I have a form that I have created that has a file attachment option. The user is filling out the form in a browser. When clicking on the attachment control, it allows the user to attach a file but when the email is received there is only an image that says "File Attachment" but there is no way to view or download the attachment. When you click on what looks like the file attachment button in the email, nothing happens.
