I meant only a spatially dynamic field not a chronologically dynamic field like a fixed calendar.
I checked the Windows Secrets one and doesn't work correctly today's date comes out right but not other modified forms of dates- I don't whether its because theirs is not designed for Word 2003 or that my computer is Japanese version.
I thought of another option is create calendar using template, delete columns for weekends, add columns for the schedules- fill down using JimP's instructions. Save then save as another document and then consider removing the column boundaries.
