Your ShoppingList has a problem. The formulas in C1 and C2 are identical. Both have
ROWS($A$1:$A1)
as last argument.
To repair that select cell C1 and double click the Fill Handle.
If column C hereafter does not show what you need then you must explain in detail what you want. With the info i ShoppingList column C the info in column B seems to be unnecessary and so is the info in sheet MealChoices column E.
