Ah yes thank you my friend, that is exactly what I want to do. I do not want the user to add formatting or pictures in the form, so would I use Restrict Editing, right? I added it to MS Word so play around with it to get use to it.

I just had another look at the word doc form that I am duplicating and noticed the Logo and all the text can not be edited or deleted? Only the form field is the only way to add text with a background color to highlight text on the go. So that's what I want to achieve. If it is watermark then how to add it?

For years I only use MS Word for writing but now I am learning how to add forms, etc. I just added a footer with a page number woohoo!

P.S Which reminds I need a header with my logo at the top and a footer with a page number. So I've done the footer but will add the header once I know how to embed logo and restrict it.
