I have one file - Project Plan. From that file I want to copy over certain lines to a new file - MLS. But I want to color one of the cells (Item No.) in the Project Plan showing that is in the MLS. This way no one will update the info in the Project Plan. Now just coloring the cell in the project plan is not what she wants. She wants the MLS to make the info in the Project Plan colored.
