Recently when I do a Save As the system is pointing to a different file name then the name of the file. For Ex. Lets say I a working a file called School and the folder I am saving the file to has six files named: One, Two, Three, Four, Five and School.

If I wanted to Save School as a PDF I would go

Save As and the file name School would appear in the File Name bar and the program Word would appear as Save As Type Bar. I would then select the drop down menu and click on PDF.

Something changed 3 days ago where now when I do Save As, instead of the file School showing in the File Name bar it might show the file name One, Two , Three, Four or Five and highlight that in the list of file names,

If I am not careful I could save the file as the wrong name and if I did not do the option of PDF and simply hit Save with the Save As Type as Word it would overwrite the content of the One document with what is in the School document.

Please help me fix this.
