Office 365. I am designing newsletters in Publisher that include photographs. I convert all the coloured pics to grayscale and export the file to pdf. The problem is that the photos in the pdf revert to the original colour setting. Is there some setting I am missing as this did not happen on a previous version of 365 that I have used. I am aware there are several work arounds but I would really like to do this the easy way as I used to.
