Thanks so much. It didn't work (as explained below), but hardly a big problem. Just a slight inconvenience.
a.I had a shortcut of Outlook on the Desktop to open on "Contacts". So I made a shortcut of that.
b.Then went into Tools, Options, Other, Advanced Options and made Startup into "Calendar" on the second shortcut.
c. The second shortcut opened on "Calendar"--but so did the first shortcut.
d. So I looked at properties, and saw that that the Target was "Office Enterprises 2007", which I couldn't find anywhere on the computer (except the desktop shortcuts). Nor could I paste in the property lines which you gave me.
e. In fact, for some reason, I can't seem to find Microsoft Office or Microsoft Outlook Office 2007 anywhere on the computer except the Desktop shortcut of Word and Outlook. Pretty strange, I realize.
f. So, hopefully there may be another solution. But if not, I hardly worry, since it's such a tiny problem. But if something occurs. I'd love to hear from you, at your leisure.
Again, many thanks.
