No that is not possible. There can only be one version of Outlook. You can however have two instances of the SAME Outlook open. Create two shortcuts each with the appropriate switch i.e.

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office12\Outlook.exe" /select outlook:calendar


"C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office12\Outlook.exe" /select outlook:contacts
