Hi, new guy here.

I'm trying to assist in a user who needs to change her default language setting, and I can't seem to locate the Microsoft Office 2003 language settings under MS Office Tools. I've tried installing SP3, and reinstalling office, but under typical install settings. Most of us in the office have this options already. Will I need to install Office under the complete installation to get this?
