It sounds like you have two PST files loaded - the new one, which is currently the default - and the old one, which you want to be the default.

You can change the folder to which your mail for each account is delivered from File > Account settings > EMail, then from the Data tab you can set the 'old' file as the default. Finally you can close the 'new' data file.
