What you're describing is a label merge. If there isn't a pre-defined label available that meets your specifications, you could create a table that does satisfy them. From there, it's simply a matter of using the mailmerge tools to connect the document to Excel and inserting the required mergefields on the first label and formatting its layout the way you want them to appear. Once you've done that, clicking 'update labels' will propagate the fields and layout to the remaining cells. For variable graphics, see the Mailmerge Tips and Tricks thread at:
