I really need someone's help with microsoft word

This is my problem
I would like to try and avoid embedding an excel table and would ideally like it to be in VB.

I have a table with three coloums

In coloum 1 I have a drop box with 3 conditions: 1, 2 and 3
In coloum 2 I have a drop box with 3 conditions:1, 2 and 3
In coloum 3 I just have a blank cell

I need to set up word so that if
1,1 is selected "Very Low" will show in the third coloum with a light green background fill
1,2 is selected "Low" will show with a dark green background fill
1,3 is selected "Low" will show with a dark green background fill
2,1 is selected "Medium" will show with a yellow background fill
2,2 is selected "Medium" will show with a yellow background fill
2,3 is selected "High" will show with a orange background fill
3,1 is selected "High" will show with a orange background fill
3,2 is selected "Very High" will show with a red background fill
3,3 is selected "Very High" will show with a red background fill
