When I attach another Outlook file, *.msg to the new email, the attachment name self changes.

For example, my file name is

insured's summary and documents July 21, 2016.msg

but when I attach it to new email it is changed to

RE:Whatever name .

What is going on? How do I force the MY name to be used? Really pain in the butt for me.
